This is the original 2 hour comprehensive video that covers the basics of speed bag equipment, 24 individual Techniques from all around the speed bag (front, back and side) using both fists and elbows. It also features slow motion demonstrations as well as demonstrations of “punch drumming”(tm) in the opening, which is hitting the speed bag too music. It is a single play DVD, without menu’s, but each chapter advance on most DVD players will advance the DVD about 3 minutes.
As an option you can also chose to “rent” the DVD for 30 days or 30 views on SELZ video streaming.
