Exercise in a variety of forms has always been a positive activity for virtually all disabilities, both physical and mental. Speedbagcentral salutes and advocates for all the great Coaches, Athletes and families that are fighting back every day, doing their best to maintain and improve their functional abilities. Whatever exercise(s) you do, it helps. I know this on a personal level as I faced my own demons in this area.
